asked for one dog to be shaved down and one to be just trimmed, came back and both dogs were completely shaved and wanted me to pay for the shaved dog that was supposed be trimmed even though i didn't ask for that. dog had some cuts on us ears and stomach, and when i walked in i heard my other dog yelp a few times. after everything was settled, she gave me half off for the one dog after arguing about it saying i should of reminded her. will never come back.
