will never go again. horrible experience. they handled my dogs rudely, sprayed them without asking me. I wanted one dog shaved, and they shaved both. they told me I told them to shave both dogs, when I called them the day before and asked them for one puppy spruce and one shaved. they told me I should of reminded them. 2/10 would go again.

Some things are high priced. But most are resonable and you can find useful things here that aren't commonly carried by other pet stores.
I love Pat! She is always helpful knowledgeable and compassionate!! She certainly does not deserve a bad review from what obviously was a misunderstanding. I am a mere customer not a family member so I consider my opinion to be unbiased and based totally on my interactions with her in her shop. I needed a crate for a cat because I left mine at home and instead of trying to sell me a product to offer me to borrow one of hers . Who does that this day and age?? Anytime I've ever been in that store she always seems more eager to help rather than to try to sell me something I don't need.
